Defeat the soldiers and head out to the canyon path. Follow the path and when the ground shakes Sand Stalkers appear. Kill them and go south to fight some Trained Brontos then onward to more soldiers. The mage should be controlled and looted for Heaven’s Wrath . Press on to the Blighted Cliffs, destroying more guards as you cross the bridge. A Dragon is summoned as you cross the bridge, be sure to tank it and heal as necessary. When it dies kill the Mage then go after Commander Harwen Raleigh . He doesn’t hit very hard but he has a lot of health and having the Mage heal him is just bothersome. Be sure to stun him when you can for an easier fight.
Watch out for the Dragon as you cross the bridge. Commander Raleigh is strong and you will need to focus all your efforts on him.
