Originally an obedient machine working as a housemaid, we first meet Kara after she has been reset following a questionable incident involving her owner, Todd, and his daughter, Alice. As soon as it becomes clear that Todd is a threat to Alice, Kara breaks free of her obedience to protect Alice and go on the run to reach safety.
Kara’s mission is to always keep the little girl safe, often finding themselves in dangerous situations on their journey. The player must gain and keep Alice’s trust if they wish to reach the end of their story safely.
