To begin this side-quest, talk with one of the Las Catrinas NPCs with the quest marker above their head at the Hospital base. After a brief conversation, your objectives will be updated. Exit the base and make your way to the objective marker which is just to the west of the Theatre fort in the Downtown District. When you arrive at the marker a scene will play.

Find the blood stain on the ground for a scne (left). Then hop down to the Scab base and kill them all (right).

Once the scene ends, we’re given a 3 minute time limit and we need to head on down into the Scab base within the blue objective area on the map and kill 25 Scabs. It’s not that easy though, as those 25 kills will only count when they are made at Style Level 2. You should be quite adept at levelling your style meter by now so use your usual grinding, bouncing and killing combinations to bring it up quickly. As the Style meter will decay rather quickly, make sure you keep an eye on the mini-map to find additional enemies if you clear a section and run out of enemies.

Note that whilst OD forces will attack you during the time limit, killing them will not count towards your totals. As such, try to focus primarily on the Scabs whilst the timer is active.

Once you have killed 25 Scabs at style level 2 or greater a scene will play and you’ll be teleported back to the balcony where we began. Afterwards, go to the new objective marker around the corner for a final scene to end the mission.
