We’ll begin this mission inside the Oxford’s base by talking with Dirk, one of the fellows with the quest marker above his head. After a short scene, we need to make our way to the parking garage in Little Tokyo to cause some chaos.

Upon arriving at the parking garage it will be empty. We need to bounce on cars and destroy vending machines in the area to fill a ‘Chaos Level’ meter which will appear on the left hand side of the screen. We need to do quite a bit of damage to quite a lot of cars and vending machines to fill the meter. As such, I suggest starting at the bottom level and systematically work your way to the top damaging everything you can as you go.

Set off car alarms and smash vending machines to build chaos (left) and then kill the assortment of enemies that arrive (right).

Unfortunately, the more the ‘Chaos Level’ meter fills up, the more Scab and OD presence you are going to see in the area. As you fill it up, you are also likely to see a few Fizzco Security forces show up as well. Kill them if they get in your way, but keep your priority on maxing out the meter.

Once the meter is full, simply kill 25 enemies – OD, Fizzco Bots or Scabs, it does not matter. Once you have met your kill quota, the mission will conclude.
