This mission can be undertaken by interacting with the phone box with the spinning side-quest marker above near the end of the large pier on the south side of the Harbour district. After initiating the side-quest we need to go and fetch a series of pieces of evidence for the mystery man from the surrounding area.

For this particular side-quest we will need to find and collect 8 pieces of evidence in total. As with other fetch quests in the game, picking up the quest will mark 4 locations on the mini-map to begin with and additional locations will be added once you start collecting the quest items. Each of the locations transforms into a blue search area when you get close enough, inside of which you need to find the required evidence.

Note that the shipyard area is populated with all manner of nasty OD enemies. There are 3-4 Muggers, a Spawner and several Gunkers and Blowers about. As such, it is advised that you equip some fire-themed Amps and do your best to clear out the most dangerous critters in the area before starting collection of evidence.

The first crate is located in a life raft (left). The third in a market-style area (right).

Here are the locations of all eight pieces of evidence:

• Located in a life raft in the water to the southwest of the pier. Destroy the crates (and the Scab) and then loot the evidence.
• Found on the raised boardwalk are overlooking the water marked by the blue marker. Destroy the regular OD and Gunkers, and then look near the top of the stairs here for a group of blue crates. Destroy them to find it.
• Inside the market type area, there is a biohazard box in the northwest corner. Smash it to find the evidence.
• Destroy the crates directly in front of the delivery truck halfway between the market area and the crane. The evidence is in the boxes.
• On the roof of the building with the ‘Gilt Trip’ signs in the north of the dockyard area.
• Find the large crane and shoot the box being held at the end of it. This will drop a piece of evidence into the open area below.
• Just to the southwest of the crane on top of the crate conveyor tracks is a biohazard box. Destroy this for another piece of evidence.
• There is another piece of evidence in a biohazard box on the deck of a ship directly south of the crane.

Once you have acquired all eight pieces of evidence from the shipyard, we need to take them to a dead drop. This is located in a pier further along the waterfront to the west. Interact with the indicated stack of crates here to complete the mission.
