This mission can be undertaken by interacting with the phone box with the spinning side-quest marker in central Downtown. After initiating the side-quest we need to head over to the water treatment plant in the Old Factory district.
When you arrive, you’ll notice the large blue objective zone will appear. We need to first find and destroy blockages made of human waste that are interfering with the water plant’s processing. These can be identified as large brown balls and can be shot to be destroyed. There are 7 blockages in total. Additionally we have the task of having to kill all of the OD inside of this area. This is no mean feat however as there are a very large number of regular OD, several Gunkers and Blowers and a Mugger or two.

Once the area has been cleaned and the enemies eliminated, your objective will update. As such, head on over and interact with the computer here.
Unfortunately, accessing this computer has the unwelcome side effect of summoning a decent sized group of Fizzco security bots to your location. We will need to keep them away from the computer for one minute whilst it works. There are a large number of Blade Bots and rifle Bots and a pair of Bomb Bots as well. Stay near the computer to begin with to draw out the Blade Bots and once they have been taken care of, look to destroy the other ranged attackers. After the minute is up, clear out any remaining baddies and return to the computer.

It’s a trap! Following a short scene, you will get to face off against a Tank Bot and four Bomb Bots, lucky you! Fortunately, you only need to kill the beastly Tank Bot to complete the mission. As this combination can be a little tricky, I would suggest kiting the tank bot in large circles around the water plant by using the small passages between buildings so that the Bomb Bots have less of a chance of hitting you. Eliminate the Bomb Bots if they get in your way or are particularly annoying, but if not just ignore them and keep kiting and shooting the Tank Bot until it falls.
Once the Tank Bot bites the dust, the mission will be complete!
