This mission can be undertaken by interacting with the phone box with the spinning side-quest marker above it at the Hepcat Diner fort. After initiating the side-quest, you’ll need to head over to the nearby dog park and answer the payphone indicated by the objective marker for a scene.

Once the scene ends, we need to track down and acquire items from three recycling trucks that the game will provide locations for in a set order. Approaching and interacting with a truck will cause a number of enemies to spawn and attack you. Kill them all off and the truck’s back door will open, allowing you to access the quest item inside. Note that you only need to kill the Fizzco Security forces that appear to have the trucks open for you, and whilst optional, clearing more of the other factional bad guys in the area often makes the task at hand easier.

The enemy encounters are slightly different at each of the three truck locations and this is what you can expect:

• The first truck is conveniently located on the large bridge nearby. Head up to the bridge and fight your way through the abundance of Scabs and OD until you reach the truck. Interacting with this will cause 5-6 Fizzco Security Bots to appear (a combination of Blade and Rifle Bots). You’ll also likely have annoyed OD and Scabs in the area previously, so clear it all until the truck opens.
• The second truck is located in a car park just north of the Oxfords base. Interacting with this will cause 3-4 Blade Bots and 2-3 Rifle bots to show up and enrage a few regular OD and Poppers in the nearby area. Clear them all to access the truck!
• The third truck is hanging precariously from the end of a broken bridge in the search area provided. Interacting will have it fall to the ground below. Drop down and several Rifle Bots will show up along with a Bomb Bot. To make things worse, the area is crawling with regular OD and a Mugger or two. Keep moving and clear out the area to access the truck.

Once you have acquired all three memos from the back of the truck, we need to take them to a dead drop. This is located in an alleyway beneath the highway just north and west of the Oxford base. Interact with the dumpster here to finish the mission.
