Follow Pa to barn / Start up Ol’ Bessie¶

Pull the lever to the right of the barn to attempt to start up Ol’ Bessie.

You’ll be able to accept this Side Mission from Pa Honeywell after you’ve completed the The Homestead Part 2 Side Mission.

Once you’ve accepted the mission, follow Pa Honeywell into the Barn and interact with the switch to attempt to start up Ol’ Bessie.

Open First Valve / Open Second Valve¶

(1 of 4) Climb up the ladder at the back left of the barn to find the first valve,

Unfortunately, Bessie needs some juice before she’ll boot up, so climb up the ladder to the back left of the barn and interact with the first valve. Now follow the path around to the right and run across to the other side of the barn and climb over the wall to the second valve to interact with it.

Melee Third Valve / Open Last Valve¶

(1 of 4) Climb up the ladder to the right of the second valve and follow the path around,

Climb up the ladder near to the second valve and make your way outside of the barn and then head back in and walk across the metal frames to reach the third valve that you’ll need to melee. Now for the final valve, you’ll need jump across the gap to the outside of the barn and then turn to your right and climb up onto the metal frame that’s sticking out to re enter the barn through the window and shoot the final valve.

Climb to Roof / Activate Ol’ Bessie¶

Climb up the ladders from the final valve to reach the roof and pull the lever to activate Ol’ Bessie.

Climb up the ladder to your right and then walk to the center of the barn to find another ladder which will take you up to the top of the barn, once you’re on top head over to the lever and pull it to activate Ol’ Bessie.

Kill Bandits / Return to Pa¶

Once you’ve activated Ol’ Bessie you’ll need to kill all the Bandits in the area before returning to Pa Honeywell to complete the mission.
