You’ll be able to accept this Side Mission by interacting with the Storage Room Door in Tannis’s Lab which you will come across during the Angels and Speed Demons Main Mission.
Open Storage Room / Find the portrait¶

Once you’ve accepted the mission open up the Storage Room and head inside, now make your way towards the Portrait on the back wall and interact with it to move it slightly. A button will now be revealed behind the right side of the portrait, interact with it to open up your path to the back room.
Find a toy bear / Touch the bear¶
Interact with the bear on the sofa to progress to the next step.
Now you’ve entered the back room, head over to the left side and go to the sofa where you’ll see a toy bear. Interact with it to progress to the next step.
Find a vending machine / Touch vending machine¶

After listening to the back story of the bear, head over to the right side of the room and press the button to open up the gate where the vending machine will be sitting behind. Go over to the vending machine and interact with it to advance to the next step.
Find Hyperion RKT Sentry¶

Once you’re done listening to the dialogue about the vending machine, collect the fuse that’s near the barrel to the right of the vending machine and place it into the fuse box in the main room.
Follow the path around to reach the upper section of the storage room and then interact with the generator to supply power to the area, now shoot the bullseye that’s across the room so it’s pointing to the left and then take a look towards the center of the room to find another bulleye which you’ll want to have facing to the right, opening up the door to the Hyperion RKT Sentry.
Touch Hyperion RKT Sentry / Destroy Hyperion RKT Sentry¶

Once you’ve opened up the door to the sentry, head on over and interact with it to listen to some more back story. After the dialogue has ended the sentry will attempt to shoot you, quickly take it out to progress to the next step.
Find a satellite / Touch satellite¶

With the sentry destroyed, head over to the back right of the room and look up to shoot a wooden plank before climbing up to find a satellite, interact with it to listen to some dialogue.
Touch water purifier / Talk to Vaughn¶
Once you’re done listening to the story about the satellite, teleport over to Roland’s Rest and walk over to the waypoint on the map to interact with the water purifier. Now meet up with Vaughn and talk to him to complete the mission.
