You’ll be able to accept this Side Mission from Claptrap in Sanctuary after you’ve completed the Transaction-Packed Mission back on Nekrotafeyo.
Meet Claptrap in Devil’s Razor / Follow Claptrap¶
Once you’ve accepted the mission teleport over to Devil’s Razor and meet up with Claptrap to go and see the Dancer.
Ring doorbell / Meet Baby¶

Wait for the game to prompt you and then ring the doorbell to get Baby’s attention. After she has shot Claptrap, head into her house and meet Baby to progress to the next step.
Dance! / Turn on music¶
(1 of 2) Turn on the radio that’s located to the right side of the room on the shelf,

Once you and Baby have gotten to know each other a little, Claptrap will ask you to show of your dance moves, simply just jump around the room a little until Claptrap decides to stop you. Now put on the music and watch Baby and Claptrap show you how it’s done.
Talk to Claptrap¶
Now all that’s left to do is speak with Claptrap to complete the mission.
