You’ll be able to accept this Side Mission from Eliie in Sanctuary once you’ve began the [Blood Drive] Main Mission.
Find Entry Requirements¶
After you’ve accepted the Mission, teleport over to Ascension Buff and take a vehicle over to the waypoint on the map to find the requirements pined up on a board.
I dunno, loot Puttergunk’s strongbox¶
(1 of 3) Head over to Puttergunks location on the map to find his door locked,
Once you’ve acquired the list of requirements, open up your map, place a marker on the Puttergunks strongbox waypoint and head over there. Upon arrival to Puttergunk’s location you’ll notice his door is locked, follow the yellow cable next to it until you come across a bullseye that you’ll need to shoot to open the door.
Head inside and collect Puttergunk’s Prize Gunk from the small box.
Steal Hammercleans Banner¶
Collect the banner from the pipe that’s hanging off the power supply tower.
With the Gunk collected, it’s now time to retrieve Hammercleans banner. Like before open up your map and place a marker on the Hammercleans banner location and make your way over there.
In order to reach the banner you’ll need to make your way up to the top of the power supply tower by following the path of crates, once you’ve climbed up, collect the banner from the pipe that’s hanging off the edge.
Get Trophy from War Pig¶
(1 of 2) Head over to the waypoint on the map and take out the war pig,

Finally, it’s time to collect the trophy from the War Pig. Head over to the final waypoint on the map in a vehicle and destroy the War Pig before it drives away to collect the trophy from the ground.
Deposit Trophies / Kill (Brand New) Mouthpiece.¶
Deposit loot in the Holy Broadcast Center and defeat Mouthpiece.
With all the Requirements retrieved, head over to the waypoint on the map and deposit the items. Unfortunately they immediately know it’s the Vault Hunter so you’ll need to make a run to the Mouthpiece boss arena whilst taking out any enemies that block your path.
You’ll now face Mouthpiece again, you may want to refer to the Mouthpiece boss page to get an idea of the mechanics you’ll face during this fight.
The only noticable difference in the (Brand New) Mouthpiece battle is that he has alot more health than the previous version and he can pump out more damage if you’re not careful.
Play Mouthpiece’s organ / Find Secret Stash¶
(1 of 2) Once you’ve killed Mouthpiece interact with the organ up on the stage to open a door,

Once you’ve killed the new Mouthpiece, head up and on to the stage to interact with the organ and open up a room to your left, allowing you to grab the Red Chest for this area.
Talk to Ellie¶
Teleport back over to Sanctuary and speak with Ellie to complete this mission.
