Before talking to Milla to begin her mission you should accept the job Karla’s State of Affairs and turn in the Migrant Plumes to her inside the Inn for Karla’s Job Report to complete the quest. You should also look in to making Water weapons if you haven’t already, as the boss to come is weak to water.

Milla is standing across from the job board in Kanbalar’s central plaza to begin this episode and you’ll find yourself off to hunt some not so cuddly and cute bears.
