While you can continue with the story by paying off Nova as soon as you have the money, there are some missable skits you will want to make sure to get:

• The King and Elle - Trigleph
• Something’s Fishy in Fennmont - Fennmont

You’ll also want to accept the “From Vera with Sympathy” and “Birds of a Feather” jobs. To complete these head to the Bridge of Unity with an “Ex Machina” Whiskey to get Vera’s Job Report and then bring 3 Lightshroom Spores to Jude’s Father for Derrick’s Job Report . You can now turn both in for some great costume items.

Fort Gandala is also now open for you to explore, although it is very small compared to what it was in the first game. Enter the forst from either side and check the room to the south of the Central Passage to find Lazy the cat.

When you are ready to pay off Nova you’ll get the Call from Vera 6 and can then watch the skit Pick Your Battles .
