Talk to Elize in Leronde Seahaven. Looks that not only is Chancellor Marcia in town, but Exodus has kidnapped her and taken her to Old Vicalle Mine.

Warp to Old Vicalle Mine and head northwest until you find Chancellor Marcia, who seems to think that Elize is a child… even if she could kick most people’s ass.

Despite acting all high and mighty it turns out the Marcia is actually Elize’s pen pal Luna… see this is why you should never trust people online who say they are your age kids! Well, at least she’s not a serial killer.

Head north the the next area and enter the western part of the mine to find the Exodus members holding Marcia’s people hostages. The fight that follows is not a difficult one, as they are standard enemies that have encountered in Helioborg Research Center.

After the fight you’ll learn that the Exodus members are just trying to save their comrades, but their end doesn’t justify the means by which they choose to reach them.

Watch the skit Elympios and Reize Maxia Relations and make your way back to the entrance to the Old Vicalle Mine to enter Voltea Woods. The Chancellor does what she must, much to Elize’s dismay.
