Enter Orda Palace from Fennmont’s Central Plaza and use the Lotus Ring to reach the 2F.

Check the north room for two chest containing a Silver Mail and Battle Guard and then the south room for Gaius’ Dotanuki weapon before taking the stairs of Lotus Ring up to the 3F. The west room has a Water Lily in the vase on the north side of the room and then check the north room to grab Keele the cat and check out the book he’s reading for the Dissertation of the Six if you started that job request.

Continue upstairs to the Audience Chamber on the 4F and use the Lotus Rings to reach the Observation Deck for an Exceed , Gaius Dumpling , and Rowen’s Tourbillon weapon.
