The VIP Keycard is one of the three Sons of the Forest Keycards. This is arguably one of the more important ones, as you need it to access some of the later game labs and bunkers. So, if you intend to progress into the later areas of the storyline, then here is how to get the VIP Keycard in Sons of the Forest.

(1 of 3) There is a Bunker near the beach where you can use the Maintenance Keycard to access deeper.

To access the VIP Keycard in the Sons of the Forest, you must visit the Food Bunker. This is the Point of Interest you can find on your GPS Tracker near the beach and the grave of your fallen Helicopter companion.

When you enter the cave, follow it through until you reach some ladders to descend. You will then arrive into a mess hall pantry area. A door you can open will be on the right side of the room. Note, you will need the Maintenance Keycard to access this. So, ensure you have completed the first three caves and got the card from the Maintenance A Shaft.

If you have the keycard already, then, you will be able to open the door. Simply walk up to the scanner, and then interact with it. The door will now open, and you will enter a room with plants growing. Inside this room, you can find some Crossbow Bolts, and the Crossbow beside the corpse of a bandit.

Moving on, you can come across part of the bunker that is flooded, you will need to equip your Rebreather here, not so much that you’ll drown, just because it’s dark. You’ll basically swim the entire area, until you come across a dark hallway, with a white light right at the end of the hallway. Go up that way, and you will find an open room on your left. On the desk in the corner of the room is the VIP keycard, belonging to an Executive called Virginia. There are also some nice items, such as a Shotgun attachment, for you to acquire. Now, you can exit the cave by following the white light to the end of the hall and escape that way.

And with that, you’ll now have the VIP keycard in the Sons of the Forest. This card allows you to access certain areas of the game. One example is the ending bunker, which means you can now complete the main story when you find that area of the game. Most of these area are on the other side of the mountain that you haven’t visited yet, and there’s one lore room you can access in the other bunker with the early accessible 3D Printer.
