One of the shorter substories in Like A Dragon Infinite Wealth is Substory 14: Neck Deep In Love. This asks you to help out a young schoolgirl who has a crush on a classmate but isn’t able to let him know herself. Overall, it’s pretty easy but there is one moment where you might be left scratching your head.
The Neck Deep In Love substory can be started from Aloha Beach. Upon arriving you will meet a schoolgirl called Hamabe who is looking for her classmate to profess her love for him. Unfortunately, She ends up getting her school uniform dirty after falling over. So, it’s your job as the messenger to deliver a letter telling him, Tanabe-kun, how much she loves her.
This is one of many substories located along Aloha Beach.
Upon starting the quest, you will realize finding her crush isn’t going to be as easy as you think. Scattered around the beach are dozens of men buried in the sand. Your job is to ask around and find Tanabe-Kun. However, the clues from everyone aren’t very useful and will have you running in circles. So, to save you time, Tanabe-kun can be found in the second row from the beach, in the fourth column of men. He is in between two men facing the opposite direction.

He will head back to Hamabe with you and give her his own love letter for her. You will then get a 
Courage Pendant accessory as a reward for completing the substory.
