Tsundere Wild Card.

A Hoshidan prince who wields the legendary Fujin Yumi. An emotional young man who seeks attention. While a bit tempestuous, he’s very kind to people he trusts. Has the worst nightmares.

Takumi proves himself to be one of the best archers in the game. Similar to Ryoma, his divine weapon, Fujin Yumi, gives him an innately huge amount of power, plus a high critical hit rate, that more than compensates for his average Strength.

He is a case of overspecialization at its finest, making for a mediocre unit so long as he can’t use his bow. Spear Fighter, his secondary class, provides very few skill options he can use (Lancefaire is useless). By finding him a good friend or spouse, you can give him access to Bow Knight or Mechanist , expanding his skillset without losing access to his bow.

But overspecialization was never a bad thing. Takumi requires almost no work to use. And given that there are several chapters where 99% of the enemies are flying, you have yourself one of the most useful units in the game.
