Sakura’s retainer and a Hoshidan sky knight from a long line of talented knights trained to be perfect. Easygoing, handsome, and skilled. Has impeccably clean hands.

Subaki breaks the mold as a tanky, but slow, Sky Knight, in comparison to the usual fast-but-frail archetype. His lesser Speed leaves him having a harder time doubling up on enemies, but he has very high health and defense, making him a unit perfect for support. His Resistance, however, leaves much to be desired (but can be patched up through reclassing him into a Falcon Knight).

As just mentioned, Falcon Knight is one of his best options due to his tanky stat spread. His magic is certainly usable, making him a rare healer who can also take a hit and dish it back out. Swordmaster can give him a slew of offensive skills to use as well, and if you can pair him up with a friend or a spouse that gives him Spear Fighter to get him Lancefaire, so much the better. Subaki is a great juggernaut of both the support and offense sides and needs very little work to stay high and dry.
