Sabal enlists your help in rescuing some hostages, so start off by heading towards the mountain hamlet. When you get close enough, your objective will be updated and say you need to kill all the guards and rescue at least two of the four hostages. This is a mission that will require you to be more on the stealthy side, as if any guards detect you, they will likely kill the hostages.

You want to use stealth in this mission, so scout ahead with your camera to find out where the enemies are located.

First and foremost, go to the east side and use your camera to tag the enemies and hostages, the latter appearing as greenish blips on your map. The area is separated into upper and lower areas, with the four hostages split between the two. There should be three enemies in the lower area and two in the upper, although one of the guards will move in between the two.

If you still have your bow, lure the closest enemy to behind the nearby building, then shoot him with it. As for the others, you will want to wait until the lower guards are separated, then use a rock to lure one away from the other. With the bottom two dead, use the same trick to get the two up top apart, then kill them. When they’re all dead, untie the hostages and the mission will end.
