Propaganda Posters are pro-Pagan Min posters that can be found on buildings that can be torn down or destroyed via fire. There’s a total of 150 posters throughout Kyrat and none of them are really hidden. If you can’t reach it, then any fire weapon will do, such as a flare, fire arrow, flamethrower and even Molotov Cocktails.
You can buy maps that reveal the locations of the collectibles (sans Yalung Masks, as they have their own set of maps) by going to any shop in the game, with the maps all being available from the beginning of the game. The maps are split into four different regions and buying all four of them will set you back a total of 210,000 Kyrati Rupees. Only the important rewards are listed below, as the rest are XP and Karma bonuses.
A lot of posters can be just ripped off, but some are too high and will need to be burned with a Molotov or Flamethrower.
