Speak with Ferris in Riviera Court that’s located in the Ordis - Buisness District to accept this quest. Once you’ve finished speaking with Ferris you’ll enter a cutscene where you’ll be asked a series of questions that you’ll need to answer correctly in order to acquire the bonus AP.
