Head up to the rooftop and speak with Pablo to accept the Getting the Band Together Branch Campus Quest and then go to Station Square to speak with Valerie that’s sitting on the bench to discuss the new club idea, now you’ll enter a short scene. After the group has decided to get together and create the club you’ll gain Pablo’s Character Note and complete the Quest.
