Go into Neinvalli Exchange and buy some cards for 5000 Mira from Jingo to begin the quest, then go into the Terminal Room and show the cards to Stark. Here you’ll want to refuse the 100,000 Mira to get his Character Note,5000 Mira, and 4 AP when you complete the quest.
