Speak with Helena on the bridge in Parm to accept the Lost Wallet Side Quest. You’ll need to track down the Lost Wallet in question so head to Old Agria Road and go back up to the north part where you fought the Zephyrantes on the previous day to find the Wallet on the floor. Now return to Parm and give back the Wallet to complete this Side Quest. You’ll be rewared with a Yellow Pendulum, which prevents Seal/Mute/Stat down.
Return to the scene of the Zephyrantes battle on 4/22 to find the wallet.
