Speaking with Diana now will unlock a dialogue option for those potentially wishing to romance her later.

Now’s your chance to speak to a few more people, re-spec your skills in the med bay (for free by the way), so if you’re using some skills less than others, now’s the time to tweak the skills for the upcoming battle against large armoured and electronic forces…

Also, speak to Diana in engineering for a conversation that will, potentially, allow you to romance her a bit later on (the response to allow for this will be displayed in blue). You’ll also earn +5 Reputation Points and upgraded War Assets . You can also speak to Adams in Engineering to get the Citadel: GX12 Thermal Pipe mission added to your log.
