Cosmo requires your assistance in helping him finish his rocket, as he needs a few pieces. The first piece, the flow regulator, is located in Outlands Spur, so fast travel to that area. Head to the waypoint marked on your map, fighting through the Scavs, then remove the regulator. Your next object is a flight recorder from the Drakensburg.

This item is in the possession of someone named Tony Slows, who seems to be quite a collector. When you get to his location, donate the $10 and go on his little tour, which will last a little bit. You have the option to finish his tour once he shows the recorder, or just grab it. Either way, he’ll get mad and turn into an enemy, but not really attack you.

Feel free to kill him, then start making your way to the next item, which is a gyroscope. This one is on Triton Flats, so fast travel there and head to the waypoint. Kill the enemies and enter the building on the left (from where you enter). Use the console to lower the glass, then grab the gyroscope.

Return all three items to Cosmo and he says there’s one more thing to do. It appears Shugguraths are the problem, so head outside through the nearby exit and kill the Energized Shuggurath that appears there. Go back inside and watch Cosmo do his thing, bringing you to the end of the mission.
