Go to the body after starting the mission and frisk it to find an ECHO, which tells you that the dead man is named Captain Thorson. His first request is to transmit his ECHO so that Zarpedon will know he’s dead. Head towards the waypoint, jumping onto the lone platforms to cross the lava pit, then clear the area of the Scavs.

Now, the transmitter is on the roof of the building, so you’re going to need to use a container on the west side of the building to get there. Just interact with the transmitter, then Thorson will get to his second request, to kill Deadlift’s lieutenant, Squat. He should be located just north of the building and is nothing more than a slightly tougher Scav.

Just walk up to Nel and press the button to call him a dick. Yep, that’s it.

With him dead, Thorson wants you to find Nel, who is located very close to Squat. Walk up to him and press the button to call him a dick. Thorson thanks you for fulfilling his last requests, but he can’t reward you because he’s dead. Zarpedon chimes in and says to go to the coordinates to find a reward. Use one of the jump pads to reach the ledge of the tall tower, then open the chest inside the container to finish the mission.
