As you approach the endgame of Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, you’ll unlock Anomaly Missions which involved fighting monsters afflicted from the Qurios. These fights have their own mechanics, and once an afflicted monster has been hunted, they’ll have a chance to drop an afflicted material along with their current loot pool. You’ll need these to craft a lot of the Rank 10 weapons. There are eight afflicted materials that you can get, and each one drops from different monsters. How to get Afflicted Bloods¶

You can obtain Afflicted Bloods by carving Bishaten, Daimyo Hermitaur, Khezu, and Tetranadon. Furthermore, it can be obtained as a broken part quest rewards. Both of these methods have a 20% chance to obtain the material.
