A rough equivalent of the Ninja, but not really (since you get a Ninja in all three game paths), the Outlaw is a great mage killer of choice, with great Resistance and good Strength. They are also really great for scouring the map of doors and chests in combination with Movement+1, letting them speed around and scout the area ahead of your units as well.

The Outlaw might seem underwhelming but don’t let it be! Its specialization in bows lets it snipe down enemies from afar, flying enemies included, and its upgrade, Adventurer, will let it grow into the major support team player it’s meant to be.
