Armored Blow When user triggers battle, damage taken from physical hits is mitigated by -10 points

The Great Knight might be slower than the Paladin, but makes up for it with sheer bulk and two amazing skills. Luna is an absolute must-have, with a high trigger rate and fantastic damage output, especially if it triggers against units like Generals. Half Defense is really cripping on those guys. Armored Blow is great to use as a cushion to help very fragile units like mages and if you have access to the Falcon Knight class, can be equipped alongside Warding Blow, its magical counterpart, for all-around protection.

Overall the Great Knight is a very versatile class, able to wield all three melee weapons of the triangle to have the upper hand at any time, alongside really great Defense (just beware the low Resistance).
