This is a guide for the first chapter in The Last of Us: Part 1 DLC, Left Behind. It’ll navigate you through the necessary steps to finding the Pharmacy Key and Med-Kit.

Where To Find The Locked Pharmacy Door Key¶

Once you begin the Left Behind DLC you’ll gain control of Ellie in the main Atrium of the shopping mall. Here you’ll want to go upstairs, then follow the path around to the left and enter Weston’s Pharmacy. Unfortunately the door is locked, so look behind the counter on the right to find the Combination Note.

Leave the Pharmacy and approach the American Princess Store, then press on the shutter to open. Enter the store and hug the left wall to find a corpse which contains the Pharmacy Key, then immediately grab the Pharmacist’s Note from the floor before going back outside.

Where To Find A Med-Kit for Joel¶

Here you’ll face your first Clicker of the DLC, so wait for it to walk away before striking it with your knife. Return to the Weston’s Pharmacy and unlock the door, then search the room for some Sugar x1 and Rag x1. Jump through the window and walk through the Pixitek Store, then you’ll have two paths you can take, so head along to the left and search the shelves for Blades x1, Rag x1 and Explosive x1.

Enter the Salon to find the Medi-Kit on the floor.

Follow the right path along until you reach the Salon and pick up the Health Kit and Salon Note from the floor near the corpse. Press followed by to recover your health. Finally, exit the salon and go downstairs, then jump over the railing to bring the first chapter to a close.
