This is a guide for the third area in The Quarantine Zone in The Last of Us: Part 1. It’ll navigate you through the necessary steps to getting through the Warehouse and Shipment Area.

How To Take Down Roberts Guards¶
Head over to the stores to the right and engage in an optional conversation with Tess, then follow Tess through the market. Make your way through the bus until reach a small open area, then look for the Drafting Notice near the store on the left and collect the Wanted Poster from the board at the back. Next up, speak to the guy standing in the doorway to get some information on Robert’s whereabouts.

Follow Tess and eventually you’ll come across two of Roberts hired guards. At this point of the game you won’t have much ammo, so the best way to deal with this situation is to take them out with stealth takedowns. Crouch walk around to the left of the area and when Tess begins shooting, sneak up to one and strangle them, then melee the second whilst he’s distracted.
Loot the bodies for ammo and follow Tess through the alleys until you have to drop through a hole in a fence. Here you’ll want to crouch walk behind the guard walking away and strangle him, then go over to the window of the nearby building.
How To Get Through The Warehouse¶
Wait for the two guards to finish their conversation, then jump through the window and strangle the one closest to you and Tess will deal with the second. Collect the Warehouse Key from the corpse and look inside the side room to find Health Bar and Can.

Head into the next area and wait for one guard to go upstairs, then wait for the other guard to stand in the doorway for an easy stealth take down. Slowly make your way up the stairs and strangle the second guard, then enter the next room and hide to the left of the door on the right until the guard enters the office.

Wait until he looks at the wall and strangle him, then take the left path and pickup the Shiv Recipe. Wait for the other guard to walk away and strangle him before heading downstairs and taking down the final guard. Now you’ll want to approach the Garage Door in the corner and open it by holding Triangle 
to pull down the chain.
How To Get Through The Shipment Area¶
Once you’ve entered the Shipment Area you’ll notice there’s lots of guards you’ll need to deal with, so you’ll want to take the stealthy approach to avoid wasting the very little ammo you have. In order to do this you’ll want crouch walk through the containers to the left of the area and wait for the guard to walk away from you before strangling him.

Proceed into the Hangar and enter the container on the left, then wait for one of the guards to lean against crates before strangling them. Head back through the container and strangle the guard standing out in the open. Once those two guards have been dealt with head back outside and sneak behind the guard who’s standing near a railing and strangle him, then pickup the Shipping Manifest which can be found on the floor nearby.

Go back inside to the right side of the Hangar and you’ll find a blue trolley which has the Docks Note and a Wooden Stick sitting on the floor next to it. Finally, go over to the left side of the Hangar and enter the office to proceed to the next area.
