Like all of the Captain Toad stages, the level is small, but this one has the added gimmick of actually having the whole thing rotate whenever you hit a P-Switch. Hit the first switch, then fall down by the trail of coins. Wait for the Fizzlit to not be a puddle, then quickly run by it and to the end of the path, where you can snag Green Star #1. Maneuver past the Fizzlit again and go down the other path, falling off the edge here and onto the lower path. From here, you can go into the little pit and collect Green Star #2, then use the ramp to drop down into the larger section with the four Fizzlits.

Hit the P-Switch to rotate the stage again, then drop down anywhere. Scuttle over to the one ramp, then collect Green Star #3 before running to the next P-Switch. You will need to sneak by the two Fizzlits and grab Green Star #4, then go past them again to reach the next P-Switch, but keep an eye on the one Fizzlit. If done right, this will rotate the level one more time, and if you don’t move, drop you on top of a Fizzlit and in front of Green Star #5.
