This level appears to be simple, as you start out right next to the Goal Pole and you only have 100 seconds to complete the stage. However, as you approach the flagpole, it will sprout wings and begin moving away from you, meaning you will have to give chase. If you get too far from it, the flagpole will stop, but will begin moving again when you get close enough. So, begin sprinting after the flagpole and whenever you see a Dash Panel at a turn, there will be some donut blocks ahead and Green Star #1. Continue along and when you get to a large area of cloud platforms, a Walleye will pop up right in front of the Stamp.

Continue along, running along the misaligned donut blocks, then go to the end of the next set of donut blocks to grab Green Star #2. As you move along, you will reach a long stretch of donut blocks, with some “stairs” on the side. Climb these and keep dashing, picking up Green Star #3 along the way. In order to get the top of the Goal Pole, you will need to get far enough enough, then time the fall when the pole crosses with your path again. It might take a few tries to get this down right, but you will eventually get it.
