Description¶
The most frequently dangerous zone in Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, this volatile volcano is home to all the lava loving creatures of Monster Hunter.
Starting at its charcoal covered base, adventures up this mountain are often fraught with danger as you’re frequently battling against the floor, and the devastating heat de-buff, as well as the creatures in front of you.

Survival Tips¶
A stash of Cold Drinks are vital for this zone as every area past Area 3 and 4 will cause constant damage if you’ve not got the relevant buff turned on.

Veggie Elder – The Veggie Elder can be found in Area 9, walking around the Volcano’s funnel.
