Move right and drop down into a pool of water. You will see a giant mosquito feeding on a dead body to the right. Any sudden movements will scare the mosquito away, so move very slowly towards it and as it spots you, jump at it to grab its legs. It will fly off and deposit you on a higher platform.

Climb the ladder (left) and at the top slowly approach the mosquito and jump onto its leg as it flies off (right).

Now that we are up, there is naught much else to be done, so lets continue to the right.
