Perk 1 Tier

Perk 1 Tier are marked as the Red Perks.

Lightweight

In-game Notes : Move faster.

Personal note : One of my favorite perks in the game. I’ve always loved to run around and move fast in Call of Duty, so now with the Exo movement and Lightweight my dreams have come true. Your overall movement increases drastically.

Low Profile

In-game Notes : Invisible to UAVs, Tracking Rounds and Exo Ping.

Personal note : Another favorite perk of mine. You’re pretty much invisible to all sorts of detecting. This is specially useful in maps against people who use UAVs every minute.

Flak Jacket

In-game Notes : Take less explosive damage. Cancel frag cooking with weapon switch. Reset fuse when throwing back frags.

Personal note : Good perk. You take much less explosive damage, so its more likely to survive a grenade/semtex. Also if you’re a Frag Grenade user, you can cancel the cooking in case you decide not to use it. Also when throwing back grenades, you reset its times, so its a guarantee return with 0% of you dying trying to throw it back.

Overcharged

In-game Notes : Increase Exo Ability battery life. Concuss nearby enemies with boost slams.

Personal note : Probably my less used perk in the game. It extends your Exo Abilities battery life for approximately 2 seconds, which is, in my personal opinion rather useless. When you boost slam into someone and don’t hit him you’ll stun him so it’ll be like he was hit by a Stun Grenade. This is the only good and useful thing about the perk.

Danger Close

In-game Notes : Do more explosive and Scorestreak damage.

Personal note : For those who use Scorestreaks a lot and explosives. This increases the damage dealt a lot so its easier to kill enemies.

Perk 2 Tier

Perk 2 Tier are marked as the Blue Perks.

Peripherals

In-game Notes : Increase mini-map coverage. Take out enemies without displaying their death location.

Personal note : A really useful perk. This increases the amount you can see in the mini-map, being able to locate enemies and targets much faster. You can also kill enemies without revealing their death. Stealth attacks are awesome.

Blind Eye

In-game Notes : Undetectable by Tracking Drones, Explosive Drones, and all Scorestreaks except UAV.

Personal note : Really useful perk. You are invisible to all Drones and Scorestreaks, except for UAV obviously. That’s what Low Profile does :).

Cold-Blooded

In-game Notes : Immune to Thermal, Target Enhancer, Threat Grenade, and enemy call outs. No name or reticle color change when targeted.

Personal note : The most useful perk in Tier 2. Cold-Blooded protects you from those special sights from weapons and when enemies are pointing their guns at you, your name (marked with red) does not appear, neither does their reticle change color. If you stay still, they may just leave you alone haha.

Gung-Ho

In-game Notes : Fire while sprinting and sliding.

Personal note : Nice perk. Useful for those who like to run and gun. You can fire while doing other movements like sprinting or sliding so that’s a plus. You can also win more gunfights because you don’t have to stop running to ADS.

Fast Hands

In-game Notes : Reload while sprinting. Swap weapons, use Exo Abilities, and use Exo Launcher faster.

Personal note : A buffed up version of Gung-Ho in my opinion. I’d rather be reloading while sprinting than shooting. You can also change your weapons (primary and secondary) faster and use your Launcher and Abilities much faster.

Perk 3 Tier

Hard Wired

In-game Notes : Immune to System Hack, EP, Nano Swarms, Stun Grenades, and Scramblers. Scorestreaks remain vulnerable.

Personal note : My most used Perk 3. Hard Wired helps you out like you have no idea. Protects you from a ton of things, specially System Hack, which is one of the most annoying Scorestreaks ever created.

Toughness

In-game Notes : Flinch less when shot.

Personal note : Use it! This perk literally reduces your recoil to 0. Seriously. You make very little recoil, which is something amazing and you can keep shooting at your enemy without having to move the camera.

Blast Suppressor

In-game Notes : Invisible on mini-map when performing Exo moves.

Personal note : You like those fancy moves with the Exo armor? Well, enemies can see you when performing them (they appear as red outlined circles on the map), so this makes you not apear on the mini-map when using them.

Scavenger

In-game Notes : Start with extra magazines and resupply bullet ammo from fallen enemies.

Personal note : Just what the game tells you. You start with extra bullets and can resupply from enemies killed. You don’t have to kill them in order for them to appear.

Hardline

In-game Notes : Decrease Scorestreak cost by 100.

Personal note : I personally don’t use this perk at all. It decreases your scorestreaks by 100, which can be useful, but for me, its meh. That’s the only thing it does.
