If you haven’t already; return to Prinn at the Talim Medical School with the Harmonica Grass for a scene to gain a Psychic Ring . Now head to the Central Plaza for a scene and a fight. Afterwards; watch the skits (To the Talim Medical School), Tales of School - Part II, and The King of Rieze Maxia .
At the Inn, rest for a scene to start the Sustaining Anxiety sub-event and then head to the Talim Medical School Reception area and talk to Eldin for the next event in the event line Those Who Act in Shadows.
If you head to the Fort Gandala side of Barnauer Highroad (to the place where the Wyvern dropped you off), you should get the sub-event Whither the Wyvern . Additionally; you will get the skit Interrogator Elize , since you are on the first field map since the start of Act 4.
After noticing the missing wyvern, head to the wyvern’s location in Xian Du and approach Jurgen for the sub-event Homing Instinct . When you are ready, head to the Fennmont Seahaven and talk to Wingul.
