For the record, I won’t discuss how to get to the individual areas. You should be able to do that yourself by now. You can start with new quests by getting one at Kasumigaseki. It centers around finding a TV, but I couldn’t find it.
Shibuya¶
Grab the Nerve Gas from the nearby corpse and… Darn, that’s all we can do here.
Ikebukuro¶
You can get some relics ( 4-Star Gadget , 3-Star Gadget ) from the store to the north. Similarly to Shibuya, you won’t be allowed past the gate, and wanton murder is apparently not a function of the X Button.
