As the name of this collectible suggests, Zinyak Statues pay homage to the alien overlord and can be found throughout Virtual Steelport. All you have to do is destroy it by any means necessary, so there’s nothing tricky here. There’s a total of 36 statues in the game and you get a challenge that requires you to destroy all of them.

Some Zinyak Statues are on the ground, or close to it, while some others can be found on top of buildings.

It’s best to wait until you rescue Matt Miller during the story mission, Matt’s Back , to start destroying the Zinyak Statues. This is because his side missions unlock upon completing that mission and the reward for his first one, The Pledge , is the Collectible Finder. This pinpoints the location of ALL collectibles on your map.

Whenever you look at your map from the HUB, you will see that you select Collectibles on the big map, which will highlight all of them and make them easier to find. The Zinyak Statues are shown on your map with Zinyak’s face.
