Enter the simulation and head to Keith David’s rally, where you’ll find him giving a speech. After it’s finished, you’ll have to fend off a group of angry people, so keep killing them until you’re told to go inside of the building. As soon as you enter, you’re greeted by a Marauder, so get behind it and attacks its weak point for massive damage.

Follow the path laid out by the waypoints, taking out any Zin in the way, until you come to an office. There will be a cutscene here where your character will be transported to another area. There’s only one path here and it will lead you straight to Keith fighting with Roddy Piper. Keith will fly off and you’ll be left to fight some Zin off with Piper as your homie.

Roddy will be fighting with Keith and then become your homie for the rest of the mission when Keith flies off.

Fight through the Zin until you eventually reach a broadcasting room, where there will be even more Zin. Fight them until you come to the rooftop of the building, where you’ll find a shield with some CID moving around it. Destroy them, then fight off the Zin in the area and you’ll be able to disable the satellite. Doing this will start another cutscene that’ll bring you through to the end of the mission.
