Pokemon Found During Horde Battles¶

As you enter the route, a Lucario will come up and circle you before a trainer calls out to it. She’ll come over and talk with you before introducing herself as the leader of the Shalour City Gym ; Korrina. After doing so; she’ll head off again. What an abrupt conversation! Anyway; head west.

You’ll notice a skate park to your north. You’ll see a rail leading to an item east of the skate park. Well we can put our roller skates to good use. Put them on and then take a run up toward the end of the rail. You’ll automatically jump on and slide to the other end. Grab the Super Potion there.

From there; walk south back over the edge. Now Continue west until you head up the stairs and run into two trainers. What’s this? Your first double battle! Cool!

Double Battle: Twins Faith & Joy¶

From the twins, head south. When you reach the tall grass, head east, then south along the thin strip. At the end you’ll find a Great Ball . Head back north, then west, then south, then west, up the steps and out of the tall grass. Be careful though and be ready for a Pokémon battle.

As soon as you go up those steps, you run into your friends and Tierno wants to battle!

Trainer Battle: Pokemon Trainer Tierno¶

After winning the battle, you’ll get given three Honey. He’ll also explain how it’s used. Once you’re ready, continue west then north, into the next lot of long grass. On the other side is a trainer!

Trainer Battle: Rising Star Hamish¶

From there; head north. See the two small rocks in the field above you? Interact with the left one to find a Super Potion . There’s also a rail here. Grind it using your roller skates like the previous one. Doing so will allow you to reach another Super Potion .

Pick it up then jump over the ledge back into the skate park. Head back to the Rising Star . Now head west up the hill. Turn south and head in that direction until you reach the rail. Grind down it to the bottom. Here you’ll find a berry tree with an Oran Berry underneath it.

From there; jump over the ledge to your east and backtrack to the top of the hill you were at. Now head south until you see the stairs to your west. Go up them. You’ll see roller skaters going around cones to your north. Let’s take them on. The bottom trainer is as follows:

Trainer Battle: Roller Skater Florin¶

Now grind over the rail north of the Roller Skater. Make sure you have enough speed. If not then the notch in the rail will send you flying to the ground. Repeat the grind for the next rail. You’ll now be by a TM. Pick it up to find out that it’s TM01 - Hone Claws . Cool, head south and jump over the ledge. Head east to take on the Rising Star here.

Trainer Battle: Rising Star Tyson¶

You’ll see lavender bushes to your south, head south through them down the right side until you come to the bottom where you’ll find an item waiting for you, a X Attack . Head back up to the path and continue west. Continue following the path along and you’ll bump into a Backpacker.

Trainer Battle: Backpacker Heike¶

To your south you’ll see a ledge. Jump down it and you’ll find a Youngster nearby. Don’t say it Youngster, don’t you dare say it!

Trainer Battle: Youngster Keita¶

…You said it. I can’t believe you said it. Time to stop playing this game now.

Anyway; circle around the Youngster and then follow the thin path around the right side of the lavender. You’ll eventually reach the clearing to the south. From there, head west and you’ll have made it into Camphrier Town !
