One Piece Odyssey

Is One Piece Odyssey On Game Pass?

By
Paul McNally

Xbox Game Pass is filled with delights, and, to be fair, there is a fair number of JRPGs already free to play if you are a subscriber to Microsoft’s premium subscription service.

This month alone (January 2023) will see iconic titles such as Persona 4 Golden and the more recent Monster Hunter Rise appear, but can we expect One Piece Odyssey to land there too. Let’s find out.

The familiar Anime style of One Piece is present here, but it looks like you might need your wallet in order to experience it

Will One Piece Odyssey Be On Game Pass?

Even though many new games make it to the service, One Piece Odyssey is not going to be one of them meaning your options for playing the Anime cult classic are a little more limited. No, in order to play you are going to have to either purchase the game on your console via Steam if you wish to play on PC and it is not exactly cheap unfortunately, meaning the audience could be restricted to One Piece fans, rather than those who might ordinarily just try it out of interest.

Other Bandai Namco games including the stablemate, One Piece "Pirate" iconPirate Warriors 4 have made it to Game Pass after a period of time, so it has potential that One Piece Odyssey could eventually get there, but not until all the sales have been well and truly milked first.

We can’t imagine it will appear, if at all, much before the end of the year at the earliest. If you do decide One Piece Odyssey is for you however we have you more than covered with our extensive guide that you can use to help you on your quest via the chapters on the left hand side of this page.
