As with any JRPG, you are going to encounter quests away from the main story, and One Piece Odyssey is no exception. The Side Stories in this game are shown on the map with a blue marker, but once you start them, you will notice there is no tracking at all. This can make things pretty difficult with some Side Stories. This page will focus on the Why Eye-lashes Enlisted Side Story in Alabasta.

During Chapter 3, you will eventually be shuffled back to Alabasta to complete a minor story segment. When you go back to Alabasta, as long as you finished The Truth About 
Eye-lashes, then you will find this side story in Alubarna. Specifically, it will be right in front of the palace at the northern end. Eye-lashes joined the Supersonic Duck Squadron following the events of Crocodile and Alabasta, but he doesn’t really do anything at all. 
Sanji has a plan to bring out 
Nami and Robin’s beauty even more, to help motivate Eye-lashes.
Where to Find the Perfume in Nanohana in One Piece Odyssey¶
Nami and !Robin suggest getting some perfume, of which there was a shop in Nanohana that was selling some. Particularly, the shop’s name is called Aroma and Armor, but it isn’t actually marked on the map. Fast travel to Nanohana and head to the Spice Bean Plaza. If you look at your map, go west a little bit at the plaza and you will notice a building you can enter on that western path. This is the Aromra and Armor shop, so head inside and speak to the NPC behind the counter to get the Mixed Perfume.

Nami and !Robin lament over having to across the desert over and over, so Sanji suggests getting some lotion for their skin, too. The next stop is back in Alubarna.
Where to Find the Lotion in Alubarna in One Piece Odyssey¶
Fast travel back to Alubarna, to the Alubarna Entrance one, and venture north, through the two gates. On the other side, head straight west, all the way to the end with the fountain, which is Lovely Spring. Talk to the woman with the blue marker and she mentions the shop in the plaza in front of the Mausoleum should still be selling some lotion. Once again, this isn’t an actual shop and isn’t marked on your map.
Go to the southwestern corner of the plaza in front of the Mausoleum and you’ll find a NPC with a blue marker. Upon speaking with him, he says a Royal Palace maid just bought the rest of his stock, so he has no more. Since the maid just bought it, she shouldn’t be too far, so go back to the Palace Square. One of the guards there, not too far from the save point, says the maid hasn’t come back yet, so it’s time to keep searching. There is a woman to the south who mentions a young maid was being taken away by some rough-looking people.
She also mentioned that the people talked about the front gate path, which is one of those two little paths with stairs to the sides of the northern of the two large gates you can pass through. You will see another person with a blue marker by the one set of stairs, with a bunch of NPCs at the bottom of the stairs. Head down to trigger a scene, then a battle. The battle will pit you against two Technique-types and a Power-type enemy. They do seem to have a fair bit of health, but they should go down easily at this point.
As thanks for the help, you’ll receive the Popular Lotion after the battle. Return to where Eye-lashes is for a scene, and the end of the side story.
