Slay the Head Librarian and collect the Archive Key.
Use the Archive Key to open the Archive Door
Travel to the Forbidden Archive
Slay All Enemies in the Forbidden Archive

Description

The dungeon is largely filled with undead, meaning a Elixir of Undead Slaying is a great choice to improve mapping speeds.

The dungeon has a a simple follow the track at the start, with its later branching off into several different directions. In general, the first objective is on the left at a dead end from the first turning, with the remaining objectives along the other pathways you can find when they split off. You will typically find all three as follows:

Bottom left,
Top Left of the early part of the dungeon (a pathway along the road you follow will likely take you to a dead end)
One towards the second half of the dungeon, typically heading upwards from the other two objectives.

Once that objective is done, you need to head into the second half of the dungeon, and look for an named Elite with the Head Librarian prefix under its name. This is often found in a circular pathway area fairly early into the second half of the dungeon, with its position varying depending on map RNG layout. Now its dead, grab the key, and follow the pathway till you reach the doorway. Its not too difficult to find regardless of map RNG creation.

Now its time for part 3, kill all enemies. Just run around moving one pack into another and proceeing as normal. If you miss one or two enemies its fine, as around the 20 enemies remaining mark, mobs will teleport to you.

Detailed Location

The Sunken Library is a region of Kehjistan called the Tar Pits, which is found directly north of Caldeum. The closest way to access this is via the Iron Wolves Encampment Waypoint.
