Katrina is a fortune teller; her tent appears randomly during the week. She can tell you how your luck is on the day she visits and can recommend a lucky item to wear which increases your luck for that day.

After you’ve received your fortune twenty times speak to her as mayor; her shop will be added to the list of Public Works.

You can still get your fortunes read from Katrina in her shops but she’ll also offer to sell you a rare item if it’s, literally, your lucky day.
