The Garden Centre sells axes and watering cans as well as tree saplings and flowers.
To unlock it, you need to do any combination of the following thirty times: pull weeds, water flowers, plant trees or plant flowers. That means you can, for example, pull ten weeds and water twenty flowers or just water twenty flowers.

The centre will grow as Timmy and Tommy’s store expands and will offer new items including bamboo and fertiliser. Bamboo can be planted to grow bamboo stalks while fertiliser can aid the breeding of flowers.
