You can find the Pegasus start chart telescope on the cliff by the Crown omnium Tower.

The Tower of Fantasy Pegasus Star Chart location is found rather close to the Crown Mines Omnium Tower. You can head over to Crown Omnium Tower if you have it already unlocked and teleport to it. Then, all you need to do is go to the cliff that sticks out. There are a few training devices nearby, with the Pegasus telescope located at the edge of the cliffside.

The exact location of the star chart is the 798.1, 512.8 coordinates.

Here is how to solve the Tower of Fantasy Pegasus star chart.

Once you have arrived at the Pegasus telescope location, walk up to it and accept the challenge. Then all you need to do is the following:

• The two blue stars in the middle connect together.
• The bottom middle blue star connects with the bottom left star.
• The bottom left star connects to the top left star.
• The big star in the top left then connects to the blue star in the middle.
