Grand Escunite Aquatic Life
Description
Escunite specimens with blanched bodies. Every part—shell, tentacles, and all—is white. Several theories have been putforward as to why this happens: a mutation,or a defensive measure to better blend into surroundings. However, until more specimens are collected and research conducted, it will remain as speculation. 
Grand Escunites show a strong interest in 
Tentacle Jigs.
Where to Find
This rare breed of Escunite can only be found as a rare spawn in specific locations in the Scarlet Forest and only under certain conditions. You can find it at The Great Lake (Area 17) at any time of day, but only during Inclemency, which triggers the downpour weather condition. The Grand Escunite can also be found in a hidden cave behind the waterfall in the Underground Lake (Area 8) at any time of day and in all weather conditions, making it the easier of the two locations to search.
